Nangarhar governor informs elders about his transfer
PESHAWAR (AIP): Governor of Ningarhar Deen Muhammad has informed local leaders about his transfer to Kandahar as governor on Saturday.
A function was held at Jalalabad which was attended by officials, local elders and tribal chiefs.
