Taliban capture Khwaja Ghar in Takhar

PESHAWAR (AIP): Taliban have captured a key district in northern Takhar province, Khwaja Ghar on September 21, 2000 at evening.
Government sources in Kabul confirmed the capturing of Khawja Ghar by Taliban but gave no further details.
