Taliban vacate Samangan, Jowzjan & Ser-e-Pol

PESHAWAR (AIP): Taliban has said they have vacated Aybake provincial headquarters of Samangan, Shabarghan provincial headquarter of Jowzjan and Ser-e-Pol.
A spokesman said that Taliban were organizing and these areas were left under a strategic plan.
