PESHAWAR (AIP): Jalalabad vice governor Dr Muhammad Asif Qadzi Zada has dispelled the notion of any terrorist act in NGO blast.
Talking to AIP, he said that the blast was not terrorist act but it was happened in the store of the NGO....
