Aid distribution to 2,000 families begins in Kunduz

KUNDUZ (AIP): The distribution of humanitarian aid by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) to 2,000 poor families has begun in Kunduz province.
The aid distribution process started on Monday (Dec. 29) during a series of ceremonies held in the center of Kunduz province and Imam Sahib district, with the participation of provincial officials.
The ceremonies were attended by Abdul Wali Mohammadi, Director of Refugees and Repatriates of Kunduz province; Mawlana Noor Mohammad Saeedi, representative of the provincial governor’s office and officials from the King Salman Relief Center.
Provincial officials thanked KSrelief for assisting poor and needy families and for providing essential items in a timely manner during crisis situations.
According to the information provided, each family is receiving flour, oil, rice, beans, and sugar. The assistance is funded by the KSrelief, while the Tawheed Organization is responsible for managing the technical aspects of the distribution process. Ends
