The areas located along the river Amu were destroyed by the water waves. The river engulfed lands and inflicted losses on people. The cabinet formed a delegation to visit the affected areas. The delegation visited all the provinces. While presenting its report in Balkh province, the delegation said that the government had allocated 2 billion Afghanis for preventive and defensive affairs.....
