HERAT (AIP): Taliban lashed a boy for abusing a girl in western Ghor province, governor said Monday.
The boy was hailing from Bahari village in Ferozkoh district, capital of Ghor province and had been arrested for abusing a girl, said Abdul Wahed Hamas, governor of Ghor province.
He told Afghan Islamic Press (AIP) that the boy was found by urban court and was lashed 29 times as per the Shariah order June 20.
He did not give more. It is said that boy has not been lashed in public. Ends
