PESHAWAR (AIP): Special UN envoy to Afghanistan, Mr. Francis Vendrell called on Afghan deputy foreign minister and governor of Kandahar on Aug 12.
Besides other issues, Mr. Vendrell also discussed the issue of foreign aid workers arrest by the Taliban.
