Aids distributed to 350 earthquake-affected families in Nurgal district

Kabul (AIP)The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSRelief) in Afghanistan, in coordination with the Afghan Red Crescent, distributed household items and tents to 350 families in Nurgal district of Kunar province.
The aid was distributed today, 2025-11-26, in the presence of the District Governor of Nurgal, Mawlawi Abdul Zahir, officials of the King Salman Foundation, and representatives of the technical partner Al-Noor Foundation.
Each family was given blankets, a tent for shelter, and a bag of kitchen utensils.
The aid was distributed to families in the Mazar Dara area of Nurgal district who were affected by a severe earthquake on the last night of last August.
Previously, the foundation had provided necessary assistance to 250 families in Mazar Dara.
It should be noted that the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSRelief)h as been continuously providing assistance to people affected by natural disasters in the country, and recently distributed aid to hundreds of families affected by the earthquake in Balkh and Samangan provinces.
